Ma ora che si trova sotto casa mi ritengo ancora più fortunato. Location da favola, perché, gustare i piatti dello Chef Lino Scarallo guardando Palazzo Donn’ Anna, non è cosa da tutti i giorni. Il servizio è eccellente. Lo staff ti coccola nel vero senso della parola e ti suggeriscono abbinamenti e digestivi di alto livello. Vogliamo parlare dei menù? Variano, ma lasciano spazio ai cavalli di battaglia del Maestro come la pastiera scomposta o la lasagnetta di gamberi e mozzarella. I piatti non solo sono belli otticamente, come il piatto di pesce con la frutta, ma sono veramente gustosi, delicati, frutto di una lunga ricerca e soprattutto preparati con materie prime di eccellenza. Ultimamente hanno inaugurato una nuova sala per l’aperitivo, con la complicità di Donatella Bernabo’ e Wine & the City ed è stato uno degli eventi più suggestivi di tutto il calendario della manifestazione.
