Contornato da un ampio e verde giardino, la struttura è dello stesso proprietario del De Jufferen Lunsingh. Quindi una sala calda ed elegante, rifinita in maniera molto sobria. Non appena si entra nel ristorante si può ammirare un’ ampia cucina dove due Chef lavorano senza sosta. Desidero ricordare che questi ristoranti sono solitamente pieni. Ricordo sempre che la scelta è alla base della mia filosofia, quindi scegliere di mangiare bene è alla base di tutto. Posso confermare che ho cenato molto bene. Il loro pesce è sempre molto buono: cucinato con amore e guarnito con maestria. L’ Irish coffee non è stato di mio gradimento: non era accompagnato da alcun bonbon e mancava di crema di latte. Per il resto, ho gradito ottime pietanze.
