Quando entri e la Chef Sibrecht Benning ti sorride, tutto si illumina. Lei è la persona più dolce che conosca. Già l’ anno scorso mi ha trasmesso questa forte emozione. Per tale ragione sono tornato nella sua rinnovata location. Mi è piaciuto l’ accostamento dei colori. Ottimo anche il servizio grazie alla affabilità di una giovane fanciulla. Come sempre il connubio culinario arabo/olandese riesce alla perfezione. La Chef ancora una volta ha dimostrato di saper giocare con colori sapori e consistenze: il mix delle cucine è riuscito. Magia, passione, amore per il cibo e per i suoi convitati. Il dessert ho preferito gustarlo in terrazza, perché mi trasmette molta pace. Ebbene Chef Benning ha preparato un dolce senza glutine e senza uova sorprendendo tutte le mie aspettative. È stata un’ esperienza da favola e sono andato via un po’ malinconico, perché il sorriso di Sibrecht mi mancherà.

Well Chef Benning has prepared a gluten-free and egg-free dessert surprising all my expectations. It was a fabulous experience and I went away a bit melancholy, because Sibrecht’s smile will be missed.
