Mentre tutti vanno al mare io vado controcorrente e dopo Sant’ Agata dei Goti ho deciso di pranzare al ristorante del Castello di Limatola: Le Scuderie del Castello. L’ atmosfera che si respira e’ magica: sembra di trovarsi in una favola. Tutto e’ arredato in modo elegante e sobrio: se siete dei romantici questo e’ il posto adatto per voi. Dopo un aperitivo stuzzicante mi sono accomodato in questa stupenda sala che aveva una pala lignea decorata per soffitto: un oggetto veramente molto prezioso. Il servizio e’ eccellente cosi’ come la cucina: non avrei immaginato di mangiare cosi’ bene. I piatti erano ben presentati e molto delicati: il petto d’ anatra, i risotti ed il dessert. Consiglio questo luogo non soltanto per mangiare ma anche per dormire: perche’ svegliarsi in un castello ti fa sentire sicuramente un principe.
While everyone goes to the sea I go against the current and after Sant ’Agata dei Goti I decided to have lunch at the restaurant of Castello di Limatola: Le Scuderie del Castello. The atmosphere that one breathes is magical: it seems to be in a fairy tale. Everything is elegantly and soberly furnished: if you are a romantic, this is the right place for you. After an appetizing aperitif I sat down in this wonderful room that had a wooden shovel decorated for the ceiling: a really very precious object. The service is excellent as is the kitchen: I would not have imagined eating so well. The dishes were well presented and very delicate: the duck breast, risottos and dessert. I recommend this place not only for eating but also for sleeping: because waking up in a castle definitely makes you feel like a prince.
