Aperitivo in Terrazza Maison Toledo Pozzuoli

Alcuni anni fa, un mio amico di Milano mi disse, dopo aver visitato sia Sorrento e sia i Campi Flegrei, che era stato folgorato dalla bellezza di questi ultimi. Devo dargliene atto: il sole tramonta proprio qui. Lo abbiamo notato tutti ieri sera. La gente scattava foto in continuazione. La location è molto suggestiva situata in un magnifico palazzo antico. Solarium, resort, Cocktail bar. La terrazza è splendida, con un panorama incantevole. Molto ben arredata e senza fronzoli per dare rilevanza alla veduta. Il momento del tramonto è stato folgorante. Peccato che la musica non aveva il il giusto sound. Quando vogliono, avrei qualche consiglio da dare(vedi articoli precedenti). Qualche outfit orribile, non perché non adatto all’ occasione, ma perché non di buon gusto. Ho notato che la Cumana passa proprio sotto questa struttura. Un po’ penalizzante questa situazione. Ma per il resto consiglio di vivere questa esperienza in terrazza.

Ristorante Cap’alice Social Evo

Saper riconoscere, saper assaporare, saper abbinare gli olii non è facile. Ieri al Ristorante Cap’alice abbiamo scoperto alcuni dei tanti segreti sull’ olio extravergine di oliva. Sentirne il profumo, la densità, l’aroma è tra le cose principali per capire la sua genuinità. La relatrice è stata molto brava, esaustiva e cordiale. Riusciva veramente a coinvolgerti con la sua simpatia e la sua materia. Ci ha insegnato ad apprezzare questo oro giallo che è un bene veramente prezioso per il nostro organismo.

È sempre un piacere tornare al ristorante Cap’alice dove ci si sente a casa. Sapori genuini. Ottime materie prime ed un servizio veramente amichevole. Il bianco prevale per dare una visione molto ampia e questo mi piace molto. Come il bar decorato con le cassette dei vini. Mario Lombardi, il proprietario, è un mito per tutti sin dalla notte dei tempi. Il suo background lavorativo è noto a tutti. La passione per la cucina c’è sempre stata e lo dimostrano i suoi piatti. Indimenticabile la genovese, il pesce freschissimo e perché no, anche i dessert. Se volete sentire i sapori allora siete nel posto giusto.

Mi piace recensire i ristoranti dove mi sento coccolato: la raffinata creatività dello Chef Carlo Spina e l’eleganza di stile di Agostino Cacace sono veramente capaci di assecondare desideri e gusti. La terrazza con le sue luci calde ti regala un momento di puro benessere. Nulla è lasciato al caso. È sempre tutto perfetto. Dai piatti al servizio ineccepibile e cortese. Stavolta ho assaggiato dall’ antipasto al dessert. Con mio grande gaudio. La ceviche era fresca e saporita con il suo accento etnico. Lo spaghetto cacio pepe e riccio di mare era perfettamente bilanciato ed a me non piacciono i ricci. La pasta con crema di cannellini cozze e pesto di basilico era superlativa così come la spigola. Ed il dessert? Un’ esplosione di sapori. Godetevi una serata in totale relax. Lasciatevi trasportare dai sapori di questa cucina e sopratutto mangiate bene.

Non credo che esistano unità di misura per descrivere la sensazione di immensità e vastità che proverete quando salirete su questa terrazza. C’è il rischio anche di sentirvi padroni della terra. Attenti. Per la location non ci sono parole. Finemente arredata per darvi quella sensazione di essere in cielo. Ombrelloni, poltroncine, sedie, tutto molto ricercato ed attento. Anche perché i turisti stranieri sono molto esigenti. Il segreto per avere successo è eleganza e cortesia e devo dire che lo staff si prende molta cura dei suoi clienti. Ti senti veramente coccolato. Un servizio eccellente. Tutto perfetto anche il tramonto con la barca. Cosa vuoi di più dalla vita? La musica di Roberto Barone di Radio Yacht Lunare Project e come ha detto un fan del dj: non è un progetto lunare ma è una realtà solare. Ed è vero perché le note della sua musica hanno accarezzato il tramonto letteralmente fino alla fine che è stata segnata da un battito di mani per ringraziare Madre Natura del suo ennesimo miracolo. La seconda parte della serata, alla consolle il dj Lupo di Mare, è stata molto tranquilla. La gente è in vacanza e vuole rilassarsi accarezzata dalla buona musica. Non si può desiderare di meglio.

And it is true because the notes of his music have caressed the sunset literally until the end that was marked by a clap of hands to thank Mother Nature for her umpteenth miracle. The second part of the evening, at the console the DJ Lupo di Mare, was very quiet. People are on vacation and want to relax caressed by good music. You can not wish for better.

Exclusive Garden Palazzo Caracciolo

Terzo e ultimo giovedì per Palazzo Caracciolo e l’evento Exclusive Garden. Il caldo non ha dato tregua. Per fortuna, grazie all’ attenta organizzazione, sono stati allestiti degli ottimi ventilatori per l’ occasione. Ogni volta che entro in questa struttura mi sembra sempre la prima. Un ingresso monumentale incorniciato da maestosi archi mi fanno ritornare indietro nel tempo. La serata è stata perfetta, nonostante l’ umidità. Bella gente che ha chiacchierato, mangiato con molta delicatezza ed infine ballato. Ovviamente la colonna sonora era quella di Radio Yacht Lunare Project. Non poteva essere altrimenti. Dalle 19,30 alla consolle Roberto Barone che già dalle prime note ha voluto lanciare un messaggio di augurio a tutti: lasciatevi andare e divertitevi. È così è stato. La gente si è veramente divertita. Quando ha iniziato a suonare il dj Lupo di Mare tutti si sono lasciati trascinare dai suoi sensibili brani, ma carichi di energia. So che sembra difficile descrivere la sensazione che questa musica riesce a trasmettere con il suo ritmo, le sue melodie ed il potere di aggregazione. Ma è così: musica ricercata, raffinata ma carica di energia. Ci mancherà questo aperitivo. Speriamo che lo riproporranno a settembre.

Third and last Thursday for Palazzo Caracciolo and the Exclusive Garden event. The heat gave no respite. A monumental entrance framed by majestic arches make me go back in time. The evening was perfect, despite the humidity. Beautiful people who chatted, ate very gently and finally danced. Obviously the soundtrack was that of Radio Yacht Lunare Project. It could not be otherwise. From 19.30 to the console Roberto Barone that already from the first notes wanted to send a message of good wishes to all: let yourself go and have fun. That’s how it was. People really enjoyed it. When he started playing the DJ Lupo di Mare everyone let themselves be carried away by his sensitive tracks, but full of energy. I know it seems difficult to describe the feeling that this music manages to convey with its rhythm, its melodies and the power of aggregation. But it is like this: refined music, refined but full of energy. We will miss this aperitif. We hope that they will re-propose it in September.

Jazz Collection al Post via Coroglio Napoli

Non sono mai stato in questa location, ma è stato amore a prima vista. Specialmente se pensiamo a cosa c’ era prima. Tavolini e sedie industrial: spartani ma eleganti. Un po’ scomodi. Servizio molto celere. Il panino con hamburger di fassona era buono così come il Primitivo. Mentre il sole spariva dietro i Campi Flegrei, il Post piano piano si riempiva ed è così iniziata la prima parte della serata: alla consolle Roberto Barone di Lunare Project che con la sua musica delicata e ricercata è riuscito a stimolare la gente ma soprattutto a prepararla per la seconda parte dell’evento: il Neapolitan Jazz che propone le donne come elementi cardine della nightlife partenopea. Il progetto si chiama Sese’Mama’ ed è a cura di Brunella Selo, Elisabetta Serio, Annalisa Madonna e Fabiana Martone. Sono quattro come gli elementi: acqua, terra, aria e fuoco, che, pur essendo diversi tra di loro, convivono e descrivono il loro incontro attraverso un percorso di canzoni. Molto brave sia per l’interpretazione, sia per la scelta dei brani e sia per le loro splendide voci. La serata è proseguita con Sonody by Radio Yacht – Lunare Project London e all’ improvviso una ventata di energia si è infranta su di noi. Un ragazzo di 25 anni con una leggerezza unica. Nonostante la sua altezza si muoveva come una piuma e sprigionava energia pura. Un pubblico festoso si è esaltato e non ha mai smesso di ballare. Per un attimo siamo stati un tutt’uno legati psichicamente dal ritmo della musica. Un’ esperienza indimenticabile. La serata è proseguita con Nika del Barone e la sua musica che va dagli ultimi successi a vecchi brani riempipista. Questo è il suo stile che piace è sempre piaciuto e piacerà sempre. Anche perché è bravo. Consiglio una serata al Post anche solo per gustare un cocktail: potreste essere spettatori di un magnifico tramonto.

The project is called Sese’Mama ‘and is curated by Brunella Selo, Elisabetta Serio, Annalisa Madonna and Fabiana Martone. Despite its height it moved like a feather and released pure energy. A festive audience has exalted and has never stopped dancing. For a moment we were all psychically linked by the rhythm of music. An unforgettable experience. The evening continued with Nika del Barone and his music that goes from the latest hits to old composer tracks. This is her style that she likes has always liked and will always like. Also because he is good. I recommend an evening at the Post just to enjoy a cocktail: you could be spectators of a magnificent sunset.

I Drink Pink Terrazza Hotel Reinessance Exclusive Garden Palazzo Caracciolo

Due eventi, due incantevoli location, lo stesso progetto musicale: Lunare Project. Ma cominciamo da I Drink Pink. Avevo 8 anni quando sono stato in questo albergo che si chiamava Hotel Mediterraneo ed ancora oggi compare nel logo. Una vera e propria rinascita. Gentilezza e cortesia fanno da cornice. Ingresso ampio e fastoso, ma sobrio. La terrazza è situata all’ undicesimo piano dove si gode una vista spettacolare. Vedere dall’ alto la propria città, questo tesoro inestimabile, ti rende fiero. L’ evento è stato curato in tutti i suoi particolari: l’ esposizione dei vini, tantissimi sommelier per l’ occasione, le varie fantasie di pane, il sushi amorevolmente preparato dallo Chef della Giappo Academy, il buon profumo del prosciutto cotto appena sfornato e ovviamente la musica di Radio Yacht. Alla consolle il dj Lupo di Mare di Lunare Project che con la sua musica è riuscito a trascinare in pista tutta la gente intenta a mangiare. L’ unico neo della serata è stato questo. Viviamo in una città che è superiore a Roma, Firenze e Venezia per la sua storia, siamo su una terrazza da dove si gode uno dei panorami più belli al mondo e invece di sognare pensiamo solo a ingozzarci? Dov’è la fantasia di lasciarsi trasportare su candide spiagge accarezzati dal vento? L’anima non è alimentata dal cibo, ma da tutto ciò che di bello ci circonda. Fortunatamente siamo stati allietati e trasportati dalle note di dj Lupo che è riuscito a trascinare la gente lontano dai buffet e a farla sognare. Non sto parlando di “Bon Ton “, anche se si dovrebbe, ma non voglio essere così critico neanche sugli outfit indossati dalle signore erroneamente per l’evento. Ma mi riferisco allo spirito di lasciarsi trasportare dall’ immaginazione, dalla musica e dal panorama della nostra meravigliosa città. Non ci vuole molto.

L’ evento/appuntamento Exclusive Garden del giovedì sera a Palazzo Caracciolo.: la serata stavolta è stata più movimentata della settimana scorsa, grazie anche all’ organizzazione di Radio Lunare Project. Alla consolle Roberto Barone che con la sua eleganza e la raffinatezza della sua musica ha tenuto testa fino alla fine della serata, nonostante un pubblico poco movimentato a causa del caldo. Buon cibo, buon vino, bella gente e buona musica: ecco il mix perfetto per un aperitivo fashion.

The event was taken care of in all its details: the exhibition of wines, many sommeliers for the occasion, the various fantasies of bread, the sushi lovingly prepared by the Chef of the Giappo Academy, the good smell of freshly baked ham and obviously the music of Radio Yacht. At the console the DJ Lupo di Mare Lunare Project with his music managed to drag on the track all the people intent on eating. This was the only drawback of the evening. We live in a city that is superior to Rome, Florence and Venice for its history, we are on a terrace where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views in the world and instead of dreaming we think only to gorge ourselves? Where is the fantasy of being carried away on white beaches caressed by the wind? The soul is not fed by food, but by everything beautiful that surrounds us. Fortunately we were gladdened and carried away by the notes of DJ Wolf who managed to drag people away from the buffets and make her dream. I’m not talking about “Bon Ton”, even if you should, but I do not want to be so critical even on the outfits worn by the ladies mistakenly for the event. But I refer to the spirit of being carried away by imagination, music and the panorama of our wonderful city. It does not take much. The Exclusive Garden event / meeting on Thursday evening at Palazzo Caracciolo: the evening this time was more animated than last week, thanks also to the organization of Radio Lunare Project. At the console Roberto Barone that with his elegance and refinement of his music has held up until the end of the evening, despite an uneven public due to the heat. Good food, good wine, nice people and good music: this is the perfect mix for a fashion cocktail.

Aperitivo vista mare Dreams Dynamic Lounge Beach

Evento ben riuscito: era tutto perfetto. Il tramonto e la musica. La location è magica. Attenzione: possono accadervi le cose più belle. Siete pronti a vivere questa emozione? Un luogo incantato a partire dalla sala ristorante: tutto rigorosamente bianco e blu. Molto elegante. La terrazza è un tappeto volante che vi farà viaggiare nel tempo e nello spazio, ma solo se accompagnati dalla musica fresca e inebriante di Lunare Project curata da Roberto Barone ed dal suo staff, complici di questa serata magistrale piena di note che emanavano una tale energia che tutti ballavano. La gioia era tale che sembrava quasi una danza propiziatoria che augurava la buona estate a tutto il mondo.

Esclusive Garden Palazzo Caracciolo

Sono rimasto folgorato dalla maestosità e dall’ ampiezza di questa struttura Sofitel: non a caso fu edificato nel 1584 su un luogo dove si ergeva un castello. Nonostante l’ ingresso austero, all’ interno vi è un chiostro ed un giardino assolutamente fiabeschi. Nel primo hanno allestito una sala ristorante molto elegante, molto sobria circondata da archi e colonne di piperno. Per tutto il mese di luglio nel giardino si svolgerà l’ evento Exclusive Garden, per dare più risalto ad un hotel di una tale e rara bellezza. Non potevano mancare i vini di Capri Moonlight che accompagnavano un buffet vario e molto ricco. I miei complimenti vanno allo Chef di Giappo Academy che ha preparato sushi per tutto l’ evento, senza mai fermarsi. Ottimi i suoi fingerfood: preparati con professionalità, costanza e amore. L’evento era riservato solo a 200 persone, ma secondo il mio punto di vista c’è stata una pecca nell’ organizzazione: eravamo in minor numero rispetto alle previsioni. Vediamo cosa accadrà giovedì prossimo. L’ evento ha raggiunto però il suo apice grazie alla musica di Lunare Project di Roberto Barone ed il suo preparato staff: la musica talvolta può cambiare le sorti di una serata. In questo caso, le note magiche di Lunare Project ci hanno trasportato dal centro storico della città di Napoli a incontaminate e solitarie spiagge accarezzati dalla brezza del mare

The Moonlight Capri wines could not miss, accompanied by a varied and very rich buffet. My compliments go to the Chef of Giappo Academy who has prepared sushi for the whole event, without ever stopping. Excellent fingerfood: prepared with professionalism, constancy and love. The event was reserved for only 200 people, but according to my point of view there was a flaw in the organization: we were fewer than expected. Let’s see what will happen next Thursday. The event has reached its peak thanks to the music of Lunare Project by Roberto Barone and his prepared staff: music can sometimes change the fate of an evening. Sunset Malandrino Evento a Palazzo Petrucci

Ancora una volta hanno colto nel segno: location da favola, clima festoso, pizze della Masardona, birra artigianale, fingerfood, vini, piatto finale dello chef, ma ciò che ha dato la carica a tutto l’ evento è stata la spumeggiante musica di Roberto Barone di Lunare Project, che è riuscito magicamente a scrivere la colonna sonora della serata. La cornice del mare e di Palazzo Donn’Anna hanno contribuito al fascino dell’ apericena: siamo. stati trasportati su un altro pianeta. La musica è un elemento importante in eventi come questi e mi rivolgo agli organizzatori di Giappo Academy, che non hanno curato in modo significativo un aspetto fondamentale di un evento in una location di grande impatto visivo. Ma torniamo a Sunset Malandrino che ha suscitato in tutti noi un’ aria di gioia. Lo staff riesce sempre a farti sentire a casa: “coccolare” è la parola d’ ordine. Questo è il loro segreto. Lo Chef Lino Scarallo ci ha strabiliato: meravigliose le tagliatelle di calamaro, lime e mango, gustosissima la pasta fagioli e cozze. Il fiume di bollicine e di vini in abbinamento era superlativo. Come sempre. A farci compagnia c’ era una splendida luna piena che ha ispirato leggiadre danzatrici nel teatro della città più bella del mondo.
